I was born and grew up in Selma, Alabama to Mary and Eugene Norfleet. I graduated from R. B. Hudson High School. I graduated from Miles College in Birmingham and Troy University. I am married to David M. Sims and together we have seven children and three grandchildren. I have been truly blessed to have worked at Ariton School for the last twenty-two years.
